Refund policy

Exchange and Return Policy
The item must be returned in its original condition and unused within 14 days of delivery date.
Both exchanges and returns are treated the same shipping fee, ranging from EGP 90 to EGP110 depending on the customer’s government
In the case of a return, the total amount paid will be refunded via InstaPay after the returned item has been received and inspected.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يجب أن تكون القطعة في حالتها الأصلية وغير مستخدمة، ويتم طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب

تُطبق نفس رسوم الشحن على كلٍ من الاستبدال والاسترجاع، وتتراوح بين  90 و 110 حسب المحافظة 

فى حالة الاسترجاع بعد استلام القطعة وفحصها والتأكد من سلامتها يتم استرداد كامل المبلغ عن طريق انستاباى
