Exchange & Return policy

The item must be returned in its original condition and unused.

Both exchanges and returns are subject to the same shipping fee, ranging from EGP 70 to EGP 100 depending on the customer’s governorate.

For returns, the full amount paid for the item(s) will be refunded via InstaPay after the returned item has been received and inspected.
